Andrei Palos
Andrei brings six years of extensive real estate experience to the table, backed by a solid degree in Business and Management. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise primarily in the residential sector, specialising in lettings and property management within the dynamic London market. What drives Andrei is his genuine passion for fostering meaningful relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and agencies alike. Renowned for his active listening skills and genuine advisory approach, Andrei is known for his knack for fast problem-solving, exceptional customer service, and innovative perspectives on tackling challenges.
Andrei and Olga hit it off in 2019 and decided to team up to start a property consulting company. Fast forward a year, amidst the chaos of COVID-19, they took another leap and launched a real estate business focused on managing properties. Now, they're proudly handling over 50 properties in prime spots across central London.

Olga boasts a rich background in real estate spanning seven years. In 2018, she took the bold step of launching her first real estate office. Specializing in the research of residential and commercial deals, scouting prime buildings and locations, and devising strategies for business expansion, Olga excels in every aspect of the field. Her expertise extends to initiating and nurturing successful partnerships with real estate agencies, adeptly managing HMOs and serviced apartments across platforms and overseeing the training and supervision of real estate agents. With a blend of motivation, creativity, critical thinking, and an in-depth understanding of the London market, Olga stands out as a formidable force in the industry.
